An experienced IT Business Analyst to work on cyber security projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. The individual will work with functional project teams and also participate in cross-functional meetings / initiatives. The individual will be expected to quickly understand the requirements, engage with different stakeholders and start delivering on targets. The individual should also look for opportunity to improve process and documentations.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with several IT teams to help add security layers over existing ones – based on discussions with IT Security department
• Help in conversations with vendors and coordinate them in the implementation of new solutions
• Work on implementing/enabling java encryption protocols
• Engage various teams involved and ensure information is provided on timely manner
• Define and validate project scope along with Project team
• Create and manage schedule and present status
• Schedule follow up meetings with delivery teams, stakeholders and program teams
• Manage risks and issues, and escalate when required
• Monitor & report project progress and status to Project Manager and various stakeholders
• Communicate and coordinate project activities within the project team and ensure priorities and change in scope/priorities are effectively managed
• Manages projects with aggressive but achievable internal and external timelines
• Ensure project milestones are tracked, completed on agreed time and highlight any delays
• Create, store and maintain project documentation
• Able to multitask and take ownership on multiple items until resolution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience preferably in IT Application Production and Support environment, out of that 3+ years of IT business analyst experience
• Good to have experience working within the Cyber Security world, in specific security projects e.g. Identity and Access Management, Data Protection and segregation, Encryption data layers, Data flows classification
• Java background experience and security protocols
• Good to have knowledge and experience of incident, change and problem management
