JIRA Administrator

Our client a top-tier Management, Strategy and IT Consulting firm is seeking to bring on a JIRA Administrator onto their Wholesale and Retail Banking practice to support various consulting projects/efforts with their Financial Services Banking end clients.

The JIRA Service Desk is the backbone of our client’s internal and external support and delivery infrastructure and workflow.

This resource will have extensive experience designing, configuring and implementing JIRA Service Desk and other capabilities.

Will act as a shared service to the entire team, and provide best practices relative to getting work done in JIRA - not an order taker, but a design and implementation partner to Service and Delivery teams.

Our client has a well established JIRA infrastructure, and are looking for someone to review, adjust and evolve it to meet business needs.

Fingers on keyboards on all things JIRA, including oversight, quality assurance and governance of JIRA usage.
