Loan Quality Control – Business Analyst

Our client a top-tier Consulting client is seeking to bring on Quality Control Business Analyst's onto their team for support on a consulting project with a top-tier banking end client. The project involves reviewing and supporting (customer service) the processing of a large quantity of commercial/business loans as federated by the Small Business Association - Payroll Protection Program (PPP) Loans.

Sample Role Scope:

  • Validating and comparing loan documentation against rule requirements of the program
  • Responding to client queries via the organizations propriety platform, leveraging the clients pre-existing library of responses
  • Escalating irregularities in documentation and client interactions
