Technical Business Analyst – Adobe Experience Cloud

Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm if looking for a qualified Technical Business Analyst. The ideal candidate specializes in the Adobe Experience Cloud, encompassing platforms such as AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Data Collection (Launch), Adobe Analytics, and the Adobe Client Data Layer. The TBA will focus on capturing requirements to support the marketing technology stack, with a particular emphasis on various aspects of the Adobe Experience Cloud, including the Adobe Client Data Layer. The role also involves supporting digital asset management (DAM) requirements gathering and the integration of related marketing technologies into the Adobe Experience Cloud. 

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with technical architects / leads and delivery pods, translating marketing needs into detailed technical specifications for implementation.
  • Engages in requirements gathering with Affiliates (where needed), ensuring technical solutions are aligned with business goals.
  • Research vendor technologies to propose scalable and reliable solutions for marketing technology integrations.
  • Develops and documents integration patterns and technical specifications to meet technical integration, data, and experience requirements for connecting web content management (AEM Sites), CRM, webinar, email marketing, and digital asset management platforms.
  • Work closely with software engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the development process.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role within the domain of marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience in at least one Adobe Experience Cloud platform such as AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Data Collection (Launch), Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Client Data Layer.
  • Competence in metadata or data schema definition, with an understanding of how to structure data for optimal use and analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Agile methodology experience, with a track record of working successfully in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, including AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Data Collection (Launch), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Client Data Layer.
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, On24 Webinars, Everviz, Ceros, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch/Data Collection Tag Management.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and the principles of effective asset organization and retrieval.
  • Background in developing taxonomies and tagging constructs to support content categorization and retrieval, digital asset management, enterprise content management.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to solve marketing challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
