Change Management and Implementation Lead

Our client, a top-tier Management and Strategy consulting firm is seeking a qualified Change Management and Implementation Lead for a top tier US Bank. The ideal candidate will support a new initiative to implement the SAP Fieldglass SOW module to manage our fixed-fee consulting engagements and related invoicing. Post-implementation, this new module will integrate with our existing SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, which currently supports consultant onboarding, timesheets, and payment for T&M-based consulting engagements.
This role will be aligned with REM, whose business groups are collectively responsible for managing the Firm's sourcing, procurement, contract management, invoicing, accounts payable and third-party relationship and risk- management functions.

  Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Lead on early-stage roadshows with internal key groups (Legal, Risk, Etc) to build awareness, excitement, and develop important collaboration channels
  • Lead migration of active fixed-fee (paper) contracts into new module, including billing – taking place as part of initial build, as well as on a go-forward basis
  • Point person for training and user adoption, both pre and post-implementation
  • Responsible for issue triage and workarounds during the early part of go-live
  • 9+ Years Experience focusing on Change-management & Implementation
  • 6+ Years experience working with SAP Fieldglass
  • 6+ Years in internal/external Business-development role(s)
  • Significant experience in executive communication (both verbal and written), along executive presentation and internal project marketing (including graphic illustrations)
  • Experience supporting multiple enterprise software implementations
  • Familiarity with key sourcing concepts & workflows (Contract Mgmt, Vendor Management, RFx, Etc.)
  • Experience Managing end-to-end training programs related to software / process changes (I.E. end-user segmentation, generation of training schedules, facilitation, etc)
  • Highly organized & adaptable, detail-oriented self-starter with strong work ethic and technical aptitude
  • Decisive and results-orientated; takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes quickly and accurately
  • Proven ability to manage & effectively prioritize multiple, complex projects concurrently with minimal supervision, including identification, documentation, mitigation, and communication of key risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify where focus is needed and bring clarity to business objectives and requirements
  • Strong relationship management & collaboration capability, including the building and maintenance of working relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels (cossing functions, regions, and role- levels)
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass Contingent module
  • Experience with Fieldglass connectors and reporting
