Our client, a top-tier Management Consulting firm is seeking a qualified Consumer Protection Risk Assessment Senior Associate for one their end customers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Assist with design and execution of the Consumer Protection Risk Assessment, including:
• Defining consumer protection risks and assessing inherent risk levels
• Mapping risks to existing controls and documenting controls
• Assessing strength of controls to determine residual risk.
• Assist with identifying and documenting compliance gaps and corrective action plans.
• Assist with development and oversight of complaints and disputes processes.
• 10+ years of experience in Risk Assessment
• Experience with consumer protection requirements, including UDAAP and Regulation E
• Experience with transaction disputes and consumer complaints.
• Experience performing risk assessments.
• Experience documenting and evaluating compliance controls.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
