Implementation Advisory Lead

Our client, a top-tier Management and Strategy consulting firm is seeking a qualified Implementation Advisory Lead for a top tier US Bank. The ideal candidate will support a new initiative to implement the SAP Fieldglass SOW module to manage our fixed-fee consulting engagements and related invoicing. Post-implementation, this new module will integrate with our existing SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, which currently supports consultant onboarding, timesheets, and payment for T&M-based consulting engagements.
This role will be aligned with REM, whose business groups are collectively responsible for managing the Firm's sourcing, procurement, contract management, invoicing, accounts payable and third-party relationship and risk- management functions.

  Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Leading the implementation of the SAP Fieldglass SOW module, from design, to configuration, to go-live
  • Positioned to make recommendations on configuration and workflow based on best practices, driven by the overarching business case (data capture, process efficiency, transparency, savings)
  • As a Fieldglass SME, will advocate for the REM organization and facilitate development of strong data constraints & formats, a comprehensive project taxonomy, and robust approval workflows
  • Focus on process improvement, ensuring migrated processes are in their most efficient form
  • Experience managing a team and providing leadership and support, including coordinating effectively with offshore and onsite teams
  • 9+ Years experience focusing on Strategy, Solution design, and Implementation
  • 6+ Years experience working with SAP Fieldglass
  • 3+ Years Tech PMO Experience
  • Experience supporting multiple, end-to-end SAP Fieldglass SOW Module Implementations (design, to configuration, to implementation) driven by the overarching business case (data capture, process efficiency, transparency, savings)
  • Experience working in large-scale, mature Sourcing organization & familiarity with key sourcing concepts & workflows (Contract Mgmt, Vendor Management, RFx, Etc.)
  • Strong background in process-improvement
  • Very strong executive communication skills (both verbal and written), along with a polished oral and written presentation capability
  • Highly organized & adaptable, detail-oriented self-starter with strong work ethic and technical aptitude
  • Decisive and results-orientated; takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes rapidly
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify where focus is needed and bring clarity to business objectives and requirements
  • Strong relationship management & collaboration capability, including the building and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels (crossing functions, regions, and role-levels)
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions
  • Ability to analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs
  • Familiarity & experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, connectors, and reporting
  • Experience with process mapping & analysis (with Visio proficiency)
