Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm if looking for a Program Manager for a top-tier US Bank. As the Onboarding Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive onboarding strategy to facilitate the integration of new PMs, onboard new platforms, and incorporate new asset classes into existing trading platforms. Leveraging your expertise in trading life cycles, platform integrations, and control functions such as treasury and credit risk, you will lead a team of Business Analysts (BAs) to implement efficient processes and tools.

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a scalable and repeatable onboarding model for new PMs and trading platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define well-structured processes, utilizing workflow tools such as ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Develop dashboards to provide transparency on system status, Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates, and other relevant metrics.
• Create an MVP implementation playbook that clearly defines process steps, dependencies, and methodologies for forthcoming integrations.
• Identify and prioritize efficiency opportunities, crafting a roadmap to enhance onboarding processes, including workflow and dashboard toolsets, and operating model changes.
• Provide immediate, highly qualified team capacity to handle the backlog of platform implementations, focusing on key activities such as API implementations, data mapping/lineage, and testing.
• Mentor and support BAs, ensuring their understanding of trading life cycles, platform integrations, and technical skills such as Python programming.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in project or program management within the financial industry, specifically in trading platforms or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of trading life cycles, platform integrations, and control functions such as treasury and credit risk.
• Proficiency in data mapping/lineage and technical skills around Python programming.
• Experience working with workflow tools such as ServiceNow and Confluence is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
