Our client, a top-tier Management and Strategy consulting firm is in a need of a certified Scrum Master for one of their top tier banking clients.

  Requirements & Qualifications:
 

• Lead and facilitate the Agile/Scrum process for application development projects, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile values, principles, and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Facilitate and participate in key Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and accountability.
• Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, trust, and transparency among team members and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, metrics, and reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Certified Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in application development projects.
• Solid understanding of data concepts and experience working with data-focused projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and empower teams, fostering a culture of self-organization, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is required.
