The client is seeking a candidate who will specialize in computer programming using complex Java/J2EE technologies and middle-ware systems. Candidate will be responsible for the work associated in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and improving Web Interfaces using GWT, GXT using Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate technology.

Responsibilities

• Working in an agile and fast-paced environment interfacing with management, business and senior technology members
• Developing Web Interfaces using GWT, GXT for client facing applications using Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate technologies
• Understanding technical and Business processes of various front office, trading and settlement applications
• Communicating and coordinating effectively with business analysts and cross functional technology teams
• Documenting technical specifications, functional flows and drive the projects autonomously
• Designing high performance, robust and scalable systems
• Designing and implementing applications utilizing Java/J2EE technologies and middle-ware systems
• Building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Work with IT security for keeping the Portal secure
• Managing end-to-end development cycle from requirements analysis, coding, testing and maintenance
