We had the pleasure of speaking with Simranjeet Singh to discuss how he creates success for candidates and clients and what he loves about working at TheStaffed.
Simranjeet is the Business Development and Account Manager at TheStaffed. He has over eight years of experience in sales, account management, and recruiting and is inspired by providing exceptional and personable service to every candidate prospect or client he interacts with.

What makes TheStaffed different from other firms?
Staffing is a near and dear industry for me, and I can already see a difference in how we take care of our people at TheStaffed, we not only care about our clientele, but also the candidates that work with us. We believe in “customer care based on empathy”, in other words, we provide the “unarticulated needs of our customers”, so they have one less thing to worry about.
We recently had a candidate send us a review and he made a comment that he has had to request early payment before, and we honored it. We understand that people have different needs, both candidates and clients and we react with care. It is important to us that we have a real connection with the people we work with. We always give top-notch customer service.
In any sector, there is a lot of competition. Many businesses are providing the same or very similar services to a pool of the same group of customers. What is your position and how do you help create success for TheStaffed?
It’s been over 6 months now since I joined Rahul Bajaj (Founder/CEO at TheStaffed) and in this brief span of time, I have had the honor of taking charge of the Account Management and Business Development aspect of the company. My core responsibility is to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients based on respect, trust and value.
To achieve success, you must communicate effectively, anticipate client needs, look for gaps in the market and ways to fill them and have a genuine passion for what you’re doing.
On the Business Development side, I gather and interpret data to learn more about customer behavior to influence decision-making. It is easy engaging with potential new clients when you believe in the services you are representing.
What is it like working with your team?
Interestingly enough, I have known most of my team members at TheStaffed before I started working with the company. It’s a pleasure to work closely with this great team. I am confident in their competence to not only do their job well, but exceedingly well. They always ensure that our clients and colleagues get the absolute best experience. I love the fact that they are not scared to raise their hands and ask questions and do more than what’s asked of them. That is the standard here at TheStaffed. 
I have had the pleasure of working with Rahul before as well. He was my client when I stepped into the staffing industry, and I have always looked up to him. He is professional, caring, kind, intelligent and an innate leader. I can proudly say that where I am in my professional career right now, it’s somewhat because of his supervision and guidance. The combination of humor and empathy in him, helps to lift our spirits in stressful situations.
Our leaders treat all employees as equals. Having excellent leadership makes all the difference in any company. From the top down, everyone working at TheStaffed leads by example. I am lucky to work for such an amazing company, filled with great people and great clients.
